This brood grew up on our front porch last year --- they were cute and fun to watch, hatch, grow and learn to fly --- but oh what a mess they left behind --- mud nest, bird droppings everywhere and a really bad smell. They have made two attempts to rebuild this year --- my garden hose has washed away their hopes --- my hopes --- they find another place to procreate.
