This is Bocephus. He visits us every year and has staked out our yard and feeders as his summer dwelling. He has brought hours of enjoyment into our lives as he feeds, breeds and defends his territory from all those who would dare to enter his domain. He will be missed till the coming spring as his little wings have taken him to his winter home on the Yucatan Peninsula. I hope he brings as much joy there as he does here.
